From 5 Feb 2012, all train services previously operated by National Express East Anglia (NXEA) will be operated by Abellio Greater Anglia Limited. In order to simplify the transfer, if you have previously purchased tickets online with NXEA, then your existing email logon and password will continue to work on the new Greater Anglia website, where you will continue to be able to manage any current bookings. You will be asked to confirm that the personal details we hold about you are correct when you log in to your Greater Anglia account for the first time.
Remember, in order to ensure you hear about our exclusive and money saving offers on train tickets and destination attractions; you need to set your preference to “Yes please” when you update your details in My Account.
Your data will continue to be used for the same purposes, and will be processed and accessed by the same third party companies, as before. Our contact details can be found below should you have any queries about your data.
