Greater Anglia Customer Relations Extends Opening Hours

Greater Anglia has extended the opening hours of their Customer Relations Department, making it easier for customers wishing to contact the train operator.
The Greater Anglia Customer Relations Department is now open at the following times:
Monday to Saturday 08.00 - 20.00
Sunday 10.00 - 20.00
Bank Holidays 09.00 - 18.00

The longer opening hours are part of a number of improvements that Greater Anglia has introduced in recent months to improve information provision for customers, including issuing blackberry's to their 1,600 frontline customer service staff, improving the company's twitter feed and offering a free sms text service giving information and train service updates.
Andrew Goodrum, Greater Anglia’s Customer Service Director said: “We are determined to improve customer service and to make it easier for our customers to contact us. Extending the opening hours of our contact centre will help in improving the service we provide for our customers.”
