FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS 2013
Voucher entitles holder to one FREE ENTRY per voucher and per full paying adult.
1. If the holder of the voucher buys a fully priced Adult entrance ticket to LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, then s/he may take with him/her ONE OTHER PERSON who will enter the same Attraction on the same day free of charge.
2. Voucher is valid UNTIL, 4 Nov 2013 at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort EXCLUDING, any special events/hotel events/concerts. THE VOUCHER IS VALID FROM THE FOLLOWING PARK OPENING DATES: The LEGOLAND WINDSOR RESORT OPENS ON THE 15 MARCH 2013. ALL DATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE - CHECK OPENING DATES & TIMES BEFORE YOUR VISIT ON THE RELEVANT ATTRACTION WEBSITE.
3. Adult is 16 & over at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort.
4. Child free entry is under 3 years at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort.
5. Voucher can only be used as stipulated. The voucher is non-transferable/not for resale. Any purported transfer or sale of the voucher will render it void. Voucher is only valid in theUnited Kingdom. Photocopies will not be accepted. Admission prices are subject to change. Voucher cannot be used in-conjunction with any other offer or concession (e.g. disabled, senior citizens, family tickets), reward/loyalty program, pre-purchased tickets, Combination tickets, 2 Day Pass, Annual Pass, on-line tickets, Q-bot or Fastrack tickets, on events or concerts or for Group/advance bookings.
6. The voucher is not valid atthe LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Hotel - an additional cost applies.
7. Voucher must be presented upon entrance and surrendered to the ticket booth operator.
8. Only one voucher can be used per person and per transaction.
9. The Attraction reserves the right, in their absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of rides and/or attractions and removal of figures for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including over capacity.
10. Features and/or creatures shown on the voucher are not necessarily available at the Attraction.
11. Please note that some Attractions operate a chargeable car parking policy including LEGOLAND Windsor Resort.
12. Size, height, weight, age restrictions and medical warnings apply to certain rides and/or attractions.
13. Visitors under 14 years must be accompanied by a person aged 16 years or over at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort.

Terms & Conditions
- Only two persons allowed per voucher, unless offer states otherwise. Please print out as many of the vouchers that you require for your party size.
- You must produce 2 valid National Rail tickets (ie. Tickets that would be accepted for train travel on day of attraction visit. If using Singles, you must produce both outward and return tickets to show that your travel spans the time of intended visit) as evidence of travelling by train to London or to the attraction destination - most train tickets display the
symbol. National Rail issued tickets include Off-Peak, Super Off-Peak, Travelcard, Advance, Anytime and Season Tickets.
- If you are travelling on Advance tickets or similar, please ask to keep both inbound and return legs of the tickets, when arriving at your destination station. In cases where electronic ticket barriers are in operation, you should approach a member of the train company staffs who can arrange for you to retain your tickets as proof of travelling by train.
- London Underground issued tickets (including Travelcards) are NOT valid and will not be accepted at any attraction.
- Oyster Cards are NOT accepted (including Travelcard on Oyster).
- For E-Day tickets please present your phone message and supporting printed ticket. You will also be asked to produce photo ID.
- Offers are valid until 31 October 2013 unless offer states otherwise.
- Amended or defaced vouchers will not be accepted.
- Acceptance of this voucher is strictly subject to the establishment's own terms & conditions and deemed accepted on admission.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
