30,000 rail tickets will go on sale from 1 May for just £5 one way as train operator, Abellio Greater Anglia, reduces the price of its cheapest standard advance fare for bargain days out this Spring.
The special price tickets will be available to buy from Thursday 1st May until Saturday 17th May inclusive for weekday travel between 19th May and 4th July, ideal for shoppers, day-trippers and those looking for a half term getaway.
The £5 one way fares will be available on the Norwich – London route and its connecting branch lines such as Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Felixstowe, Sheringham, Cromer and Bury St Edmunds.
Greater Anglia’s Customer Service Director, Andrew Goodrum, said, “We’re delighted to offer these cut price tickets which will help 30,000 passengers to enjoy a bargain day out for shopping, leisure or family fun.”
The £5 tickets can also be combined with Greater Anglia’s range of 2FOR1 offers on attractions and restaurant deals to make the pennies stretch even further.
