Greater Anglia Easter weekend services

Over the Easter Weekend, many of our routes will be open but customers who are planning to travel are advised to check their journey at station, via our online journey planner at greateranglia.co.uk or using our free app (search for 'greater anglia' at your app store).

A revised Sunday timetable in operation on Good Friday (29 March) and Easter Monday (1 April). Trains will have additional stops and increased frequency at the busier times of the day.

During the weekend Network Rail will be undertaking a major bridge renewal in the Hackney Downs area which will affect all services to/from London via Tottenham Hale and Seven Sisters from Friday 29 March to Monday 1 April inclusive. Services to/from London and Cambridge/Stansted Airport will be diverted via Stratford with other services terminating outside Central London with onward connections by bus/London Underground.

On Easter Sunday (31 March) and Easter Monday (1 April) buses will replace trains between Norwich and Ipswich and between Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich. There are also some changes to late night/early morning trains between Ipswich /Colchester/Shenfield and London on Saturday night/Easter Sunday morning.
