Improvements to our on-board experience

Improving our passengers' on board experience is very important to us and the team at Abellio Greater Anglia are working hard to respond to feedback about the on-train toilets.

Our cleaning team is working to repair any faulty facilities. In addition, occasional problems with a lack of water in the cubicles are being addressed through the repair of the water tanks stationed at Norwich and Southend depots.
