Children can travel by train for less this Christmas, thanks to the return of Abellio Greater Anglia’s popular ‘Kids for £2’ offer.
The train operator is offering the special off-peak fare to children aged between five and 15 on most routes across the network until Sunday 3 January 2016.
Andy Camp, Abellio Greater Anglia’s Commercial Director said: “This is a great opportunity for people to get out and explore the east of England. This new fare, introduced during the summer following customer feedback, returns for the festive period and we hope it allows families to enjoy a great day out and to make the most of the holidays.”
The child must be accompanied by an adult with an off-peak or super off-peak ticket, including a group of adults with GroupSave discounted tickets.
