Most of you will be familiar with the main electronic departure board at London Liverpool Street situated in the centre of the station concourse, listing all upcoming train departures from the station.
We have recently been working with our partners, to implement some changes to the way in which the train departure information is displayed. The intention being to rearrange the departure listings into three different sections based on the geographic grouping of services.
These changes have seen the layout of the departure board split into three sections:
Section 1 displays services to:
King’s Lynn, Cambridge, Stansted Airport, Bishop's Stortford, Hertford East, Enfield Town and Chingford
Section 2 features a ‘Special Notice’ display, giving our customers additional general information concerning train services.
Section 3 displays services to:
Norwich, Ipswich, Harwich Town, Walton-on-the-Naze, Clacton-on-Sea, Colchester, Colchester Town, Braintree, Southminster, Southend Victoria, Shenfield and Gidea Park.
No change has been made to the Stansted Express information on the main electronic departure board.
