New role to focus on customer service at key London stations

Abellio Greater Anglia has announced a new appointment to its Customer Service team.

Jamie Shaw becomes Abellio Greater Anglia’s new Area Customer Service Manager, Liverpool Street & Stratford, responsible for enhancing the customer experience and working with key partners at the stations, including Network Rail and other train operators to create better journeys.

Jamie, from east London, has a background in both operational and customer service roles, including working in airside operations with Air New Zealand, coordinating international projects in the Middle East for an educational partnership programme and most recently, leading Student and Customer Services nationwide for a multi-site University specialising in professional education.

Commenting on his new role, Jamie said, “Liverpool Street has recently be recorded as having the largest footfall of all the London Terminals, but the team is exceptional and the partnership approach to problem -solving will be key to delivering consistently high standards of customer service to station users. I am looking forward to working with my team and our partners to enhance customer service at these busy stations.”
