Outstanding customer service award nomination

Abellio Greater Anglia conductor, Peter Frost, has been nominated for a rail industry award for delivering outstanding customer service to passengers.

Peter Frost, from Norwich, who works on the Norwich – London Liverpool Street main line, has scored 100% for excellent customer service in mystery shopping exercises on four separate occasions in the last two years, leading to his nomination for the Outstanding Customer Service Award at this year’s RailStaff Awards.

Abellio Greater Anglia Conductor Manager, Dennis Harris, said, “Since he joined the railway, Peter has developed into a professional, consistent and reliable member of staff and I would like to thank him for his ceaseless efforts to create a pleasant on board experience for our customers.”

The Railstaff Awards recognises and celebrates the courage, bravery and professionalism of the people who deliver the railway.

Abellio Greater Anglia employees have received a total of 10 nominations this year.

The winner of the Outstanding Customer Service Award will be announced at a ceremony to be held on Saturday 25th October in Warwickshire.
