A team of new train conductors have just completed their training programme with Greater Anglia.

The team was presented with certificates by Greater Anglia’s Head of Operations East Stuart Robinson, at a graduation ceremony recently held in Norwich to mark the successful completion of their training. The newly qualified conductors will now take up their conductor positions around the Greater Anglia network, including Norwich, Ipswich, Clacton and London Liverpool Street.

Trainee conductors participate in a 16-week training programme where they learn and are coached in all the operational, commercial and customer service requirements of the train conductor role.

Stuart Robinson Greater Anglia’s Head of Operations East commented: “I am pleased to welcome our newly graduated conductors to the conductors’ team and I should like to wish them every success in their new positions.”
