Perfect Score for Daniel

Daniel Keshavarzi of Greater Anglia’s Shenfield station has achieved perfect marks in a recent ‘mystery shopping’ survey held at the station.

Customer service and quality standards at Greater Anglia stations are assessed on a regular basis, Daniel achieved a perfect score of 100% when assessed as part of a recent mystery shopping exercise at Shenfield, in which he was praised for his cheerful manner, thorough knowledge, providing good solutions to enquiries and excellent customer service.

Daniel is a familiar face at this busy south Essex station, where he works helping with customer service, handling customer enquiries, dispatching trains and tidying the waiting rooms and platforms.

Martin Sills Greater Anglia’s Shenfield Station Manager said: “Daniel has a cheery disposition and always has a smile on his face. He is ready to help at all times and frequently goes the extra mile for customers and colleagues alike. Daniel has worked at a number of stations in Essex and now brings this experience to benefit our customers at Shenfield station, where he not only draws on this knowledge, but is also receptive to new ideas.
