Perfect Score for Richard

Richard Perkins of Greater Anglia’s Ipswich station has achieved perfect marks in a recent ‘mystery shopping’ survey held at the station.

Customer service and quality standards at Greater Anglia stations are assessed on a regular basis, Richard achieved a top score of 100% when assessed as part of a recent mystery shopping exercise at Ipswich, in which he was praised for performing his role ‘perfectly’, showing a thorough knowledge, providing good solutions to enquiries and excellent customer service.   

Richard is a familiar face at this busy Suffolk station, where he works in the ticket office.
