Improved Greater Anglia app makes booking train tickets even easier
Greater Anglia’s app now offers ‘single sign-on’ functionality, meaning customers no longer need to log on each time they make a purchase.
The innovation is in response to customer feedback, following the launch of the new app in October 2017 and a period of consumer testing. Greater Anglia is committed to making further enhancements on an on-going basis over the coming months.

The Greater Anglia app is a very popular way of booking train tickets and we want to ensure that our customers find the process as quick and simple as possible. With technology ever changing, we’re also looking at an enhanced design and additional software in future.”
