Greater Anglia managers will be at Ely railway station later this week to answer any questions from customers.

Managers will be on hand to speak with customers at Ely on Thursday 17 February, between 7am and 9am.

Managers will be available to discuss planned refurbishment works at the station, which include a new ticket office, booking hall, ticket gates and waiting room with workstations and charge points. Work is due to start this spring.

Customers can still travel while the work takes place, with a temporary ticket office being installed in the car park to the right of the station entrance.

Anita Stuart, Greater Anglia Area Customer Service Manager, said: “We’re looking forward to speaking to customers at these events.

“We have some exciting improvements planned for Ely railway station and this event will be a great opportunity for customers to ask any questions they may have.

“There’s plenty to talk about and we’re really looking forward to having a chat with our customers.”

Anyone who is unable to attend the event can share their thoughts by completing Greater Anglia’s Always Listening survey.

Greater Anglia is asking passengers to continue to wear face coverings if they can on trains and stations, following government advice to wear them in busy places.
