Over 29,000 extra seats per week will be available on Stansted Express trains from 22 May.
With demand for Stansted Airport continuing to grow, the additional seats will ensure that holidaymakers travelling to the airport by train can continue to enjoy a comfortable journey.
The additional seats – over 5,000 every day – have been made possible by increasing the number of carriages on the trains where possible, taking many trains from eight carriages to 12.
