Rail passengers can talk directly to Greater Anglia rail managers as the train operator announces a ‘Meet the manager’ feedback session at Ipswich station.

The event will take place from 0700-0900 on Wednesday 19 February on the concourse at Ipswich station.

The sessions, which take place regularly around the network throughout the year, are aimed at listening to customers’ feedback and comments to help continually improve the service.

James Steward, Greater Anglia’s Area Customer Service Manager, said, “It’s really important to us to hear directly from our customers about what matters to them and answer any questions they may have about their services.

“Customers using rural branch line services in Suffolk have had a difficult time recently, which is why it’s even more important that they can speak directly to a senior member of our team.

“We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the recent disruption but we are working hard to restore the service to the levels our customers rightly expect and we are confident that as we continue to roll out our brand new trains, our customers will ultimately see improvements in service quality, performance and reliability.”

Further ‘Meet the Manager’ sessions will take place regularly around the network throughout the year.

The company also holds Meet the Manager events on some trains and on Twitter.
