Tottenham Hale rail station worker praised for top customer service
A Greater Anglia employee has been praised by a mystery shopper for giving excellent customer service.
After being secretly assessed, Daniel Nwobi, who works on the platform at Tottenham Hale, was awarded top marks for being friendly, helpful and professional when selling tickets and providing information to passengers.
Greater Anglia’s Area Customer Service Manager, Kerry Rowley, commented, “I am delighted that Daniel has been independently recognised for consistently delivering excellent service to customers.”
Martin Moran, Greater Anglia’s Commercial and Customer Services Director, said, “We are always working to improve customer service so that passengers have the best possible experience when they travel with us.
“One important element of this is to give our staff additional training, enabling them to provide the best service possible.”
Customer service and quality standards at Greater Anglia stations are assessed on a regular basis and Daniel achieved a perfect 100% score when assessed as part of a recent mystery shopping exercise.
