Tottenham Hale rail station worker praised for top customer service
A Greater Anglia employee has been praised by a mystery shopper for giving excellent customer service.
After being secretly assessed, Hakem Ayoub, who works on the platform at Tottenham Hale, was awarded top marks for being friendly, helpful and professional when selling tickets and providing information to passengers.
Greater Anglia’s Area Customer Service Manager, Kerry Rowley, commented, “Hakem was over the moon to receive this recognition. It’s thoroughly deserved as he is always so helpful and polite.”
Martin Moran, Greater Anglia’s Commercial and Customer Services Director, said, “We are always working to improve customer service so that passengers have the best possible experience when they travel with us.
“One important element of this is to give our staff additional training, enabling them to provide the best service possible.”
Customer service and quality standards at Greater Anglia stations are assessed on a regular basis and Hakem achieved a perfect 100% score when assessed as part of a recent mystery shopping exercise.
