Brimsdown Station, is located in the London Borough of Enfield in northeast London. The station is in zone 5, on the Tottenham Hale branch with connections London Liverpool Street in 25 minutes.

RENT

£3,000 per annum, subject to turnover.

LEASE

A Licence will be granted, with either party having the right to terminate providing 28 days notice.

COSTS

The tenant will be responsible for all costs incurred in preparing the lease, along with utilities, business rates and insurance. 3 months rent deposit will be required subject to a minimum of £1,000.

PLANNING
