  • The Book with Confidence is a scheme which applies fee free changes to Advanced tickets purchased until 6pm on 31 March 2022. Standard terms and conditions will apply afterwards. Fee free changes already apply to Anytime, Off-Peak and Super Off-Peak tickets. Charges for fare price differences may apply when changing your journey.
  • Advance ticket changes must be requested by 6pm on the day before departure of the first booked service on your ticket. Any changes made after the first booked service has departed are invalid.
  • Please note, if you amend the route of an Advance ticket by changing the origin and/or destination station, you will still be charged a £10 admin fee.
  • Lastly, the Advance ticket refund policy hasn't changed, however, you can exchange Advance tickets for a voucher to use for a future journey. To request this, contact our Customer Relations by 6pm on the day before the departure of the first booked service on your ticket.
