We have some great value train fares to suit everyone
Whether you’re travelling as a group or on your own, we have some great fares for that perfect day out or trip away. Advance tickets are available for longer distance trips and can save you money if you book as far in Advance as you can. Off-Peak tickets allow you flexibility as they can be purchased as late as on the day you’re travelling.
Advance Tickets
Book Advance tickets and choose the best time to travel at the lowest available fare. These Advance tickets are available on selected journeys and are priced at single leg fares so you can choose the best available price for each leg of your journey (one fare to get to your destination and one fare back). Off-Peak and Super Off-Peak Tickets
Keep flexible and get cheaper fares for on the day travel, by travelling off-peak.
Off-Peak tickets are available across the Greater Anglia network and can vary on availability depending on how long your journey is. For many journeys, both Off-Peak Day Returns and Off-Peak Period Returns are available. For very short journeys, only Off-Peak Day Returns can be bought, and for the longest journeys only Off-Peak Period Returns are available.
Super Off-Peak tickets are our best-value tickets for on-the-day travel and are available for many journeys in the area south of Manningtree and Cambridge. But as they are great value, they do have more time restrictions than Off-Peak tickets.

Fancy a day out with friends or family? With GroupSave, you can get 1/3 off on Off-Peak fares for groups of 3-9 adults. GroupSave is available at all of our stations across our network and is a great combination with our offers like 2FOR1 at the London Eye when you travel by train.

London Evening Out Return
Spend an evening out in London for Only £23! Return home the Same Evening OR Next Morning so you can enjoy the City's bars, shows or nights out without the worry of missing the last train home.
London Evening out Return tickets are available for journeys between Norwich and Colchester stations after 14:00 (including branch lines e.g. Lowestoft) towards Stratford or London Liverpool Street

Child Train Fares
Up to 2 kids under 5 years old can travel for free with each person who buys a ticket. Any extra children plus kids aged between 5-15 years old receive a 50% discount on almost all fares.
