Further Education and Continuous Development

Greater Anglia are committed to providing our colleagues with the appropriate training and we take pride in our central London Academy facility for learning and development.

Inspire is our Award Winning Customer Engagement Programme that gives all our colleagues an opportunity to consider how they implement our values and behaviours at work and looking at how these directly or indirectly affect other colleagues, as well as influencing the service we deliver to our customers. They are an interactive event, with plenty of opportunities to share experiences. All our colleagues will take away from the day what customer service means for them in their roles and how we can provide consistent high quality customer service - no matter the circumstances, no matter what department of the business you work in.

Our Learning and Development philosophy at is one of continuous improvement. We believe all learning benefits both the individual and the organisation. Continuous learning results in continuous development and improvement across all aspects of the colleague and customer experience.

Our purpose is to support, inspire and develop our colleagues to ensure we build capability in our workforce to deliver on objectives, drive performance and add business value. We inspire and promote a culture of learning, empowerment and innovation. Our Academy team deliver leading edge development solutions to meet both colleague and business training needs.
