You'll find gift ideas galore at Intu Chapelfield. It's Norwich's premier shopping destination with over 90 stores, as well as cafés and restaurants.
This year in association with their charity partner, East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH), Chapelfield has limited edition glass butterfly baubles created to help raise money for EACH’s Nook Appeal! Head down before 24th December to purchase one!
Bury St Edmunds Christmas Fayre
You can find the fayre all around Bury St Edmunds from 22nd to 25th November. Not only are there over 300 stalls in different locations, there are also some great shopping areas which are not to be missed!
As well as 300-plus stalls at the Christmas market you will find a traditional street market, a contemporary shopping centre and a great selection of independent retailers making Bury St Edmunds a shoppers’ paradise! This year they are holding a children’s opening parade with fireworks and free children’s activities and fun fair on Angel Hill and in the Abbey Gardens.
With quaint cafés, traditional tearooms, cosy pubs and award-winning restaurants there is something to suit everyone.
Tunnel of Light
In 2016 thousands flocked to Norwich to experience the UK’s first Tunnel of Light when it was unveiled in the heart of the city centre.
The 45-meters long, 4 meters high and 6 meters wide tunnel made from 50,000 pulsating LEDs with sequenced lights that reflected the patterns and colours of the Northern Lights proved an instant Instagram and Snapchat sensation, with the masses taking an unearthly number of selfies.
Attracting all ages, this beautiful Christmas attraction promises to be so again in 2018 with the addition of a stunning glittering tiara – the Tunnel of Light will once again be the belle of the ball!
The Tunnel of Light returns to Norwich from Thursday 15th November.
There will also be a traditional Christmas market erected on Millennium Plain from Friday, December 7th until Sunday December 23rd.
