Station overview

Colchester station is a mix of the old and new, one side of the station has a Victorian Ticket office, kitted out with a modern interior, the other half of the station has a 70s built ticket hall. 6 platforms including 2 bay platforms allows lots of operational flexibility, there is also a stabling yard at the station with plenty of spare trains around.
