First Class

It’s all change

We’re replacing every single train on our network with brand new Intercity, Regional and Suburban trains. This means First Class will be exclusively available on the Intercity trains operating between Norwich and Liverpool Street, check out a few benefits of travelling First Class below!

As we're in the transition period of rolling out our new trains, you may find your train doesn't offer First Class. If you have a First Class ticket for one of these trains, you can claim a refund for the difference in fare by contacting our Customer Relations team online. Please select ‘Problem with First Class service’ as the reason you're contacting and upload an image of your ticket and the back of the First Class refund card in your submission. If you have any feedback or comment about the service, please include them also.
