This form is only for refunds of paper season tickets purchased online or at station, as well as Smartcards which have been purchased at station only.

If you have purchased a daily ticket (not a season ticket) on our website or in our mobile app please log-in to your ‘My Greater Anglia' account, where you can request a refund. For refunds on daily tickets bought at a station, use this form.
If you purchased your ticket from a third party e.g. a travel agent, then please contact them directly.
