Accessibility

Our services are wheelchair accessible and use a dropped curb bus stop. We recognise these options may still present accessibility problems for some people. If this is the case for you, please contact our assisted travel centre ahead of your journey so we can discuss a suitable alternative option by calling 0800 028 2878

Bikes and e-scooters

To maximise space for all customers we do not allow full size bikes, e-scooters or electric cycles on our rail replacement buses. However, we do allow folding bicycles.
