The Met Office have issued a yellow weather warning for high winds and heavy rain for Wednesday 15 January, in the South East of England. This weather event has been named Storm Brendan.

Routes in the worst affected areas may have speed restrictions imposed by Network Rail for safety reasons. This could result in longer journey times due to train delays, and the full or part cancellation of train services.

Please make sure you leave plenty of time for your journey, particularly if catching a flight, connecting with a long-distance train, or making an urgent appointment.
