Service disruption Shenfield
Following a fault with the signalling system earlier today at Shenfield all lines are now open.
Train services running through this station may be cancelled, delayed by up to 20 minutes or revised. Disruption is expected until 20:30 04/06.
Due to an earlier fault with the signalling system at Shenfield services running through this stations are being disrupted.
This issue was also affecting our Southend branch, where by we were unable to run services between Shenfield and Billericay - but we are now able to run services to Southend.
Ticket acceptance is in place with C2C for passengers wishing to travel on an alternative route.
Alternative routes are listed below:
C2C rail services between Southend Central and Fenchurch Street via Upminster. Barking and West Ham, Journey time 50 to 60 minutes Southend Central to Fenchurch Street.
Circle Line services between Liverpool Street and Tower Hill (for Fenchurch Street) journey time 5 minutes
The Jubilee Line and the DLR between West Ham and Stratford, Journey time 3 to 5 minutes.
Greater Anglia tickets will be valid on C2C, Underground and DLR services listed above
