Service Disruption at Thetford - A fault with the Signalling System

Following a fault with the signalling system earlier today at Thetford all lines have now reopened.

Train services running through this station are returning to normal but some services may still be cancelled, delayed or revised. Disruption is expected until 23:00 01/12.

Owing to a fault with the signalling system earlier at Thetford the train service between Norwich and Cambridge was suspended. Network Rail engineers have repaired the fault and all lines have reopened however there may be minor delays occurring..

Greater Anglia and Network Rail are sorry if your journey has been affected by this disruption.

Advance purchase tickets holders will be allowed to travel on earlier or later trains if their booked service is cancelled.
