Following an earlier train fault between Harlow Town and Harlow Mill all lines have now reopened.

Train services running through these stations are returning to normal but some services may still be delayed or revised. Normal services will be provided as soon as possible.

An engineering train came to a stand at Harlow Mill due to brake issues which resulted in Greater Anglia services towards Stansted Airport and Cambridge being delayed.
The driver and a fitter on board have rectified the fault and train is now on the move. However some Greater Anglia services may still be delayed or altered due to severe late running of some services.

Greater Anglia and Network Rail are sorry if your journey has been affected by this disruption.

Specific train service alterations are available here:

Advance purchase tickets holders will be allowed to travel on earlier or later trains if their booked service is cancelled.
