Train Service Disruption between Liverpool Street and Hackney Downs

Due to a points failure between London Liverpool Street and Hackney Downs some lines are blocked.

Train services running to and from these stations may be cancelled, delayed or revised. Disruption is expected until further notice.

Due to a points failure at Liverpool Street affecting some platforms, train services to/from Hertford East, Bishops Stortford, Stansted Airport and Cambridge are being disrupted.
Some train services will be re plat-formed causing severe delays and congestion.
Network Rail engineers are on site working as quickly as possible to restore the train service to normal.
London Overground services are also affected.

Greater Anglia and Network Rail are sorry if your journey has been affected by this disruption.

Advance purchase tickets holders will be allowed to travel on earlier or later trains if their booked service is cancelled.
