Following a fault on a freight train earlier at Colchester all lines are now open.

Impact

Train services running through this station are returning to normal but some services may still be cancelled, delayed or revised.
Disruption is expected until 12:00 22/06.

Due to a fault on a freight train earlier services are being disrupted.

A freight train developed a fault at Colchester and was blocking the railway.

This has now been rescued and is being moved out of the way.

Delays/alterations and short notice cancellations are expected whilst the service recovers.
