Train service disruption Colchester earlier overhead wire damage

Following damage to the overhead electric wires earlier today between Colchester and Manningtree all lines are now open.

Train services running through these stations are returning to normal but some services may still be cancelled or delayed by up to 10 minutes.
Disruption is expected until 21:00 13/02.

All lines have reopened after earlier damage to the overhead electric wires between Colchester and Manningtree.

Greater Anglia and Network Rail are sorry if your journey has been affected by this disruption.

Advance purchase tickets holders will be allowed to travel on earlier or later trains if their booked service is cancelled.
