Train service disruption Kennett to Cambridge
Following an earlier points failure between Kennett and Newmarket all lines are now open.
Train services running through these stations are returning to normal but some services may still be cancelled, delayed or revised.
Disruption is expected until 19:00 20/11.
Due to an earlier points failure between Kennett and Newmarket services have been disrupted.
Network Rail engineers are on site working on the points.
The 16:19 Ipswich to Cambridge will be diverted to Ely
The 17:47 Cambridge to Ipswich will start at Ely
The next service 17:20 Ipswich to Cambridge will run as booked.
An update will follow within the next 1 hour.

Advance purchase tickets holders will be allowed to travel on earlier or later trains if their booked service is cancelled.
