The main waiting room is located in the station building on Platform 1 (for trains towards London). There is another waiting room on Platform 2 (for trains towards Norwich), and this is available for customers to use between the hours of 05:30-19:00 Monday to Friday, 05:30-19:30 on Saturday's, and 07:30-19:30 on Sunday's.
The male and the female toilets are located in the station building and can be accessed from Platform 1 (for trains towards London). An accessible toilet is available via the waiting room on Platform 1, for radar key holders. All toilets at this station are scheduled to be open at the following times:

This station has step free access to both platforms. However, please note that it is a long walking route from the ticket office to Platform 2 (for trains towards Norwich) if you can't use the stepped footbridge between platforms. There is a shorter route via a barrow crossing across the track which can only be used with staff assistance, so please allow plenty of time for your journey.
