Harlow Mill ticket office is temporarily closed on safety grounds as of 9th November 2020.
We are currently consulting on the proposed closure of the ticket office at Harlow Mill station. The ticket office has been closed for a year due to structural problems.
Customers can buy tickets at the station using the ticket machine, which has an assistance button which goes through to Greater Anglia staff in Norwich who can help customers buy the correct ticket for their journey, or people can buy tickets on the Greater Anglia website or app.
The consultation, which is being carried out by London TravelWatch, started on Monday 22 November and continues until Monday 13 December.

Don’t get stuck on the train
You may find that your train is longer than the platform at some of our stations. This means the doors will not open where there’s no platform edge so you can get on and off the train safely.
If you’re travelling to Harlow Mill station, please travel in the front seven coaches of the train. This is for Greater Anglia trains with 10 coaches only as the doors on the last three coaches will not open at Harlow Mill.
Don’t worry! We’ve set reminders through our website, station posters and safety announcements so you can travel on the correct part of the train and avoid missing your stop.
