By entering the prize draw, you agree to accept these terms:

  1. To enter this prize draw you must Click ‘Enter’ within the Customer Experience Survey email and successfully complete and submit the Greater Anglia Customer Experience Survey before the closing time and date. If you attempt to enter more than once, only the first entry that you made will be included in the draw.
  2. All entrants must be aged 18 or over and have a UK postal address. Employees of Greater Anglia, their families, dependents and agents and any other person connected with the prize draw may not enter.
  3. By entering this prize draw, the entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  4. The prize winner will receive a £50 Love2Shop voucher which is valid until 31/03/2022.
  5. The winner will be randomly selected from all of the valid entries.
  6. The free prize draw is ongoing until Greater Anglia notifies otherwise at greateranglia.co.uk.
  7. There will be one draw every month which will take place on the last Friday of every month.
  8. The winner of the prize draw will be notified by email within 7 days after the closing date for the prize draw. We will try to contact the winner during the specified time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, we reserve the right to select another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received.
  9. The prize must be claimed and used, by the winner, within 6 months of the date of notification. Further details on the collection of the prize will be sent by email to the winner following notification.
  10. The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. No cash alternative is available.
  11. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.
  12. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  13. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw at any time.
  14. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw.
  15. Love2Shop are the sole vendor so further terms apply where applicable.
  16. The promoter cannot accept any liability for any entries which are late, lost, incomplete or rendered inadmissible.
  17. Greater Anglia reserves the right to refuse to accept any entry and/or to select a winning entry at Greater Anglia absolute discretion. Entries are subject to verification. Incomplete, bulk, automated and third-party entries (including "voting exchange") will be disqualified.
  18. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will automatically render a prize draw entry void. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law.
  19. For transparency we will generally publish the surname and county of prize winners online. However, if you are a winner and you object to us doing this then please let us know when claiming your prize.
