Rail Replacement Buses

Accessibility

Our services are wheelchair accessible and use a dropped curb bus stop. We recognise these options may still present accessibility problems for some people. If this is the case for you, please contact our assisted travel centre ahead of your journey so we can discuss a suitable alternative option by calling 0800 028 2878

Bikes and e-scooters

You can take any foldable bike, except for foldable e-bikes on rail replacement buses. To maximise space for all customers, we do not allow full-size bikes or e-scooters on board.
