Abellio Greater Anglia appoints new Customer Service Manager, Nicci Obrey

Abellio Greater Anglia has announced a new appointment to its Customer Service team.

Nicci Obrey becomes Abellio Greater Anglia’s new Area Customer Service Manager for Tottenham Hale and Hertford East, responsible for the customer service provision from all stations between Tottenham Hale and Hertford East including Cheshunt, Broxbourne, Waltham Cross and Enfield Lock.

Nicci has a background in Customer Service, most recently as Customer Services Duty Manager for MBNA Thames Clippers where she managed a team of 120 Customer Services Assistants and crew who were responsible for managing boat services on a daily basis and during events such the Olympics when up to 24,000 passengers a day used them as a means of transport, as well as keeping the business operating to a safe and high standard on a daily basis.

Prior to this, Nicci worked for Merlin Entertainment’s for almost nine years, working up to the role of Guest Services Executive at Chessington World of Adventures Resort.

Commenting on her new role, Nicci said, “I am delighted to join the team at Abellio Greater Anglia. I am enjoying the role and believe I can bring a very varied skill set to the position that will have a positive impact on my area. I look forward to working with my team to improve customer service still further over the coming months.”

Nicci, 30, lives in Kent with her partner, Ben and two step-children, Harry, 5, and George, 3.
