You can pay for your car parking through a range of channels:
Park with PayByPhone
You can now use PayByPhone to pay for you parking at all Greater Anglia NCP station car parks. PayByPhone is an app which enables you to quickly and easily pay for your parking with just a few taps. PaybyPhone replaces the Dash App.
Why should you use PayByPhone?
- No need to worry about having the right change on you.
- You don’t need to put a ticket on your dashboard
- Receive a text message to remind you your session is about to expire
- If you’re running late, there’s no need to rush – simply top up your parking wherever you are by using the extend-from-anywhere service
Where can I use PayByPhone?
You will be able to use PayByPhone to pay for you parking at all Greater Anglia NCP station car parks. Each car park has its own unique Location Number, which you will see displayed in signs and on the side of the pay and display machines in the car park. You will also be able to use their maps and near-by feature within the app to locate your closest car park location number.

Ticketless Car Parks
AutoPay
We have rolled out automatic number plate recognition to our main car parks. This is a ticketless operation making payment much easier with hassle free cashless parking payments with AutoPay.
Autopay is available at Audley End, Billericay, Bishops Stortford, Broxbourne, Cambridge, Cambridge North, Chelmsford, Cheshunt, Colchester, Diss, Ely, Harlow Town, Hatfield Peverel, Ingatestone, Ipswich, Kelvedon, Manningtree, Marks Tey, Rayleigh, Shenfield, Whittlesford Parkway, Wickford and Witham station car parks.
Once you’ve registered for AutoPay you no longer need to physically pay every time you park. Your account will be debited automatically. There’s no need to display a ticket as your parking session is automatically registered using your car registration.
We only charge you a daily tariff, valid until 4:00am the next day.
Online
You can pay online after leaving the car park. Post payment can be made until 4:00am the next day after your exit.
Station ticket machine
Daily parking tickets can be purchased from the station ticket machine. Please ensure your ticket is clearly displayed in your car.
