For customers who use Stansted Express, our dedicated feed @stansted_exp provides service information and updates about the Stansted Express service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You can also contact us via Facebook Messenger for personal updates. Facebook Messenger is manned 06:30-22:00 Monday to Friday, 10:00-19:00 on Saturday and 10:00-18:00 on Sunday.
