On the 17th July 2024, senior managers from Greater Anglia and Network Rail came together to speak directly with customers to listen to feedback and answer questions.

Hot topics from the event are listed below:

  • Clearer signage for accessibility meeting point at London Liverpool Street
  • Reduce volume of sounds in the toilet facilities
  • Improve out of use signage on trains to prevent customers waiting for out of use toilet
  • Clear on-train information on how to contact the British Transport Police
  • Let's Talk events to be promoted on Facebook
  • Better announcements on trains during disruption including the reason for delay when the train stops
