First Class ticket refunds
If you bought a First Class ticket for a Greater Anglia train that did not have First Class accommodation, you can use this form to claim a refund on the difference in fare. Please select ‘Problem with First Class service’ as the reason you're contacting and upload an image of your ticket and the back of the First Class refund card in your submission. If you have any feedback or comment about the service, please include them also.
