Found a cheaper price? How to claim the difference back
If you've booked via our website or mobile app and then found a cheaper price elsewhere, let us know and we'll refund the difference. Remember, the price you're being offered must be for exactly the same journey, date, time and ticket type for a point-to-point journey with Greater Anglia.
Make a claim
All you have to do is email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
You must send us:
- A screenshot of the website payment page showing the cheaper price
- Your booking reference (you'll find it in your confirmation email)
- OR your ticket number if you booked via our mobile app
Terms and conditions
- The price you're being offered must be for exactly the same journey, date, time and ticket type for a point-to-point journey with Greater Anglia
- If you find a cheaper price elsewhere online within 24 hours of your booking, we’ll refund the difference
- Claims must be submitted to our Contact Centre Team via email email@example.com
