Abellio Greater Anglia is providing additional train services to the Clacton Airshow on Thursday 21 and Friday 22 August 2014.
Extra trains will run on both days of this year’s Clacton Airshow between Colchester and Clacton-on-Sea (serving intermediate stations including Hythe, Wivenhoe, Alresford, Great Bentley, Weeley and Thorpe-le-Soken). A special train service will also operate between Walton-on-the-Naze and Clacton-on-Sea. In addition, an extra train service will run from London Liverpool Street Station to Clacton-on-Sea (and back) on both days of the airshow.

“Leave the car at home and take the train to Clacton to enjoy the impressive aerobatic displays. The Clacton Airshow is an award winning event and a great family day out. We hope everyone enjoys this fabulous airshow.”
Leading attractions at the 2014 show include the Red Arrows, the Battle of Britain Memorial flight, the Vulan and the Typhoon, amongst many others.
