Rail workers win awards following customer nominations

Railway workers from across the Abellio Greater Anglia network have scooped awards for going the extra mile to make passengers’ journeys better.

National Customer Service week was held at the beginning of March and train operator Abellio Greater Anglia encouraged people to nominate members of staff who go above and beyond. Hundreds of customers tweeted praise for members of staff who regularly go above and beyond.

The winners are:

Christopher Mooney (Cambridge Driver)
