We care about making your journey better and value your feedback!
Therefore, we invite you to come and meet some our Managers to discuss any of your concerns, queries or suggestions you may have about your journeys with us. We are holding three events per month, either at stations or on our trains across the Greater Anglia network.
We plan to update you on how we are investing to improve your experience as well as answer any questions you may have. We look forward to seeing you soon.
*Update- we have now completed our June and July Meet the Manager events, thank you for all your questions and queries. For those who asked for individual feedback, we shall come back to you with answers as soon as possible, while general queries and answers will be published in the local stations the events were held.
