Smartcard Seasons Refund Request Form

This form is for refunds of Smart card season tickets only, which have been purchased online or on the app.

If you have purchased a daily ticket (not a season ticket) on our website or in our mobile app please log-in to your ‘My Greater Anglia' account, where you can request a refund.

If you purchased a paper or smart season ticket at a station booking office please return to that booking office for a refund, or if that is not possible, please check back here soon over the next few days as we are devising a separate refund form and process.

A £10 admin fee applies to all season ticket refunds.

If you purchased your ticket from a third party e.g. a travel agent, then please contact them directly.
