This form is for refunds of Smart card season tickets only, which have been purchased online or on the app.

If you have purchased a daily ticket (not a season ticket) on our website or in our mobile app please log-in to your ‘My Greater Anglia' account, where you can request a refund. For daily tickets bought a station, please use this form.

If you purchased a paper or smart season ticket at a station booking office you can submit a refund request here.

A £10 admin fee applies to all season ticket refunds.
